At Stream Designz, we create digital products designed to help streamers set up professional-looking streams with clarity and confidence. Because our products are delivered digitally, all sales are generally final. Please review the details below before purchasing.
Digital Products (Overlays, Bundles, Packs)
All Stream Designz products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase.
Because of the nature of digital files, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered, except in limited circumstances outlined below.
Refunds are not provided for situations such as:

You change your mind after purchase

The product did not meet personal expectations

The product was purchased by mistake

You no longer need the product

You do not have the required technical knowledge to use the product

Your computer or software does not meet system requirements

You did not download or save the files after purchase
We strongly encourage reviewing product descriptions, previews, and compatibility information before completing your order.
When We Will Help or Make It Right

A file is missing or corrupted

A download link does not work

The product does not match the description on the product page
Please contact us at support@streamdesignz.com and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. This may include providing a replacement file or another appropriate solution.
Stream Setup Coverage (Subscription)
Some customers may choose to purchase Stream Setup Coverage, which is an optional annual subscription providing email-based technical support for Stream Designz products.
Important notes about Stream Setup Coverage:

It is billed $9.00 per year

It renews automatically unless canceled

It can be canceled at any time
-
Coverage remains active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation
Because Stream Setup Coverage is a digital service, refunds are generally not provided once a billing period has started.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly if there is a billing or order issue so we can resolve it quickly and fairly.
Submitting a chargeback without first contacting support may delay resolution and result in additional review. Our team is always happy to assist before a dispute is escalated.
