2. Tell Us Your Vision - After checkout, you'll receive an email with a link to our design brief form. This is where you'll share information about your brand, preferred colors, design inspiration, and the overall look you're going for.
3. We Review Your Details - Our team will review your design brief and reach out if we need anything else, such as your logo, additional design assets, or inspiration. Once we have everything we need, we'll get started. 
4. Choose Your Design - Our design team will create two custom design options for one of your stream scenes. You'll review both and select your favorite, which will become the foundation for your entire package.
5. We Bring Your Package to Life - With your design approved, our team will create your complete horizontal and vertical stream packages. 
6. Review and Request Changes - You'll have an opportunity to review your completed package and request one round or revisions. Send us your feedback and we will discuss the changes together. 
7. Receive Your Final Files - Once everything is finalized, you'll receive your completed stream packages, ready to use files, and setup instructions so you can get everything up and running.

Once we receive your completed design brief and all required assets, we'll review your project and provide an estimated delivery timeline before getting started.

• Colors and Style Preferences: Your preferred color palette, and the overall look or style you're going for
• Your Logo (If you have one): If you already have a logo, we'll let you know which files we need. 
• Design Inspiration: Share the colors, themes, and overall styles you like, along with anything you want us to avoid.

Do I get both horizontal and vertical overlays? Yes. The package includes a full custom horizontal stream overlay package and a full custom vertical (9:16) overlay package, designed to match.

How long does it take? Custom packages typically take 7-10 business days to complete, depending on the complexity of the design. Once we've reviewed your completed design brief and received all required assets, we'll provide an estimated timeline for your project. 

What happens after I order? You'll receive an order confirmation email with a link to your design brief. Once you've completed it, our team will review your information and reach out with any additional requests and next steps. Design work begins once we have everything we need!

Can I request changes to my design? Yes, you can. We'll start by showing you two design options for one of your stream scenes. After you select your favorite, we'll use that style to create your complete package. Once it's ready for review, you'll have one round of revisions to request any minor adjustments. Additional revisions or requests for a completely new design will involve an extra fee, which we'll discuss with you before making any major changes. 

Do I need a logo? No! A logo is completely optional. If you already have one, we can incorporate it into your custom design. If not, we'll create your package without one!  

Which platforms can I use it on? Our overlays are compatible with OBS Studio, Streamlabs, XSplit and other streaming software that supports webm, mp4, and png files. You can use them when streaming to platforms like Twitch, YouTube, Kick and TikTok.

Will this grow my channel? A custom look makes your stream more recognizable and professional, but we can't guarantee views, followers or revenue.

• You'll receive two custom design options for one of your stream scenes. Once you select your favorite, we'll use that style to create your full horizontal and vertical packages. 
• One round of revisions is included after reviewing your completed package. Additional revisions or requests for a new design direction will incur extra fees, which will be quoted and billed before proceeding.
• Design work begins once payment is received, your completed design brief has been reviewed, and all required assets have been provided. 
• You'll share your brand details, design preferences, and inspiration through our design brief. If we need any additional information or files, we'll let you know.
• Custom packages typically take around 7-10 to complete, depending on the complexity of your design. We'll provide an accurate estimated timeline after reviewing your brief and required assets. 
• While custom overlays can enhance your stream's appearance and branding, we cannot guarantee views, followers or revenue.
