How Fast Will I Receive My Stream Overlays?

Instantly. All Stream Designz products are digital downloads — the moment your purchase is complete, you'll receive a download link on the confirmation page and a copy sent to your email. There's no waiting, no shipping, and no delays.

Can I Cancel An Order?

No. Because all products are instant digital downloads, orders cannot be cancelled once the purchase is complete. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at support@streamdesignz.com and we'll work with you to find a solution.

I Thought These Were Digital Products. Why Am I Being Asked For My Address?

All Stream Designz products are digital — we don't ship anything physical. However, Shopify requires an address for billing purposes during checkout. You won't receive anything in the mail, and your address is only used for payment processing. Free products do not require address information.

How Will I Receive My Digital Purchase?

Once your purchase is complete, you'll be immediately provided a download link on the order confirmation page. You'll also receive an email with your download link. If you don't receive your download within 15 minutes, check your spam folder. If you still haven't received it, contact us at support@streamdesignz.com and we'll get it sorted.

How Does Payment Work?

We accept all major payment methods depending on your country. At checkout you'll see the options available to you. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify's checkout.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Our platform is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of payment security certification available — and is audited annually by a third-party qualified assessor.

How Do I Use a Discount Code?

Add the item(s) you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. On the checkout page, look for the Discount Code field on the right side of your screen. Enter your code and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total before you complete payment. If your discount code isn't working, check that it hasn't expired and that your cart meets any minimum requirements. Can I Download My Purchases on Mobile?

You can browse and purchase from any device, but we recommend downloading and setting up your overlays on a desktop or laptop. Most overlay files are delivered as compressed ZIP files — extracting ZIPs and loading files into OBS or Streamlabs can only be done on a computer.

Do My Download Links Expire or Have a Download Limit?

Your download links do not expire and have no download limit. That said, we strongly recommend saving your files to cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud) or an external drive right after downloading.

I Lost My Download Link. How Do I Get a New One?

If you lose your download link, we can issue a new one. Contact us at support@streamdesignz.com with your order details and we'll send you a fresh link or replacement file.

Which Streaming Platforms Are Your Overlays Compatible With?

All Stream Designz overlays are compatible with Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and TikTok. On the software side, overlays work with OBS Studio, Streamlabs, and StreamElements. The files load the same way regardless of which platform you stream to.

What Size and Aspect Ratio Are the Overlays?

All overlays are designed at 1920x1080 pixels (Full HD) at a 16:9 aspect ratio — the standard for landscape streaming. If you stream at 720p, you can resize the overlay within OBS or Streamlabs to fit your resolution.

What If I Can't Get It to Look Like the Demo?

Do You Accept Returns or Issue Refunds?

All sales are final. Because all Stream Designz products are instant digital downloads, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once a purchase has been made. That said, we want every customer to be 100% satisfied. If you have an issue with your order — wrong files, missing items, files that don't work — contact us at support@streamdesignz.com and we will work to find a solution.
