The team at Curry Media Productions works tirelessly to create a digital product that is bound to help your stream's appearance and production value. Since the products at Stream Designz are digital downloads, we do not allow or offer refunds after a product has been downloaded.

Please take the time to carefully read and review the contents of the design item before you purchase.

Suppose the item is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should. In that case, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

• you don't want it after you've downloaded it;
• the item did not meet your expectations;
• you change your mind;
• you bought an item by mistake;
• you do not have sufficient expertise to use the thing;
• you ask for goodwill; or
• you can no longer access the article because it has been removed (we advise you to download reports as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation).
